I am the founder and CEO of Maxx Capital, MaxxCEO, a multi-strategy debt equity firm. In my current role as CEO of Maxx Capital, I personally oversee the day-to-day operations of sales and marketing. Under my expert direction, Maxx Capital provides advisory debt capital through its multiple lending platforms. I currently work with over 200 registered lenders to assist clients with their commercial real estate, corporate finance, small business, and equipment financing needs. Maxx Capital has 1700 lending partners, and through our partners, we are able to offer financing programs from $10,000 to as high as $2,000,000.

Since founding Maxx Capital in 1999, I have continually integrated value-driven amenities, culminating in an extensive list of services that include various lines of credit and advances, inventory and purchase order financing, multiple loan types, equipment leasing, and accounts receivable factoring. Maxx Capital has helped over 50,000 small businesses get financing through alternative lenders.

Maxx Capital maintains an impressive investment portfolio consisting of residential and commercial real estate, distressed mortgages, and high-growth companies. In 2017, I further augmented my robust portfolio by investing in web-based platforms that focused on e-training for finance brokers, lead generation, borrowers, and lenders.

I am well known and highly esteemed as an investor and consultant in the debt capital markets and have advised more than one hundred fund managers, investment bankers, fin-tech lenders, and specialty finance firms. My ambition, resourcefulness, and integrity have resulted in a fully developed conglomerate that encompasses almost every aspect of finance.

I grew up in Pittsburgh and entered the United States Marine Corps after graduating from Kiski High School. I am a dedicated husband and father who enjoys mountain biking, pickleball, working out, Steeler football, and Thursday night “date night” with his wife, Renee, of 20+ years.
